A full kitchen remodel in St. Petersburg with new cabinetry, stone worktops and a layout reworked around how the household actually cooks.
The brief was a primary bathroom that felt like the best room in the house rather than the most dated one. We took the space back to the studs, which is the only honest way to deal with a Florida bathroom of this age, and rebuilt from the waterproofing out.
Opening up the shower was the decision that changed everything else. Once the enclosure grew, the vanity run and the storage had to be replanned around it, and the result reads as one considered room instead of a set of fixtures sharing a floor.
Tile, glass, fixtures and lighting were all specified for the coast: sealed surfaces, proper extraction, and no detail that needs babying to keep looking right.
