Our Story
New Bay Remodeling has been renovating kitchens and bathrooms around Tampa Bay for fourteen years, from our office on US 19 in Clearwater.
We are a certified building contractor, not a sales office that hands your project to whoever is free that week. The crew that demolishes your bathroom is the crew that tiles it, and the permits and inspections are ours to manage, not yours.

Permits, timelines, financing and what a remodel in Florida actually involves.
A tub or shower replacement can be finished in as little as one day. A full bathroom remodel usually runs one to two weeks on site, and a full kitchen typically three to six weeks depending on how much plumbing and electrical moves. You get a written schedule before demolition starts, so you know which trade is in your home and when.
Usually yes. Anything that moves plumbing, alters electrical, changes structure or replaces windows requires a permit in Pinellas and Hillsborough counties. As a licensed certified building contractor we pull the permits and schedule the inspections ourselves, so it is handled as part of the job rather than left to you.
We work throughout Tampa Bay from our Clearwater office, including Clearwater, Tampa, St. Petersburg, Largo, Dunedin, Safety Harbor, Treasure Island, Belleair Beach and Wesley Chapel. If you are just outside that list, call us and we will tell you honestly whether we can cover you.
Yes. A designer comes to your home, measures the space, discusses what you want and leaves you with a written price. There is no charge and no obligation to book. You are free to take the quote and think about it for as long as you need.
